Bmida is an online fashion store offering a curated selection of men’s and women’s apparel and accessories. We aim to bring you stylish, affordable fashion delivered directly to your door.
2. Products and Orders
All products listed on our site are described and priced as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information without prior notice.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not signify our acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt.
3. Shipping
The products are shipped directly from the manufacturer in China. This allows us to offer low prices, but the delivery time is 2–4 weeks.
4. VAT and Import Duties
VAT may be added on import, depending on your country.
We collect VAT on orders shipped to the EU, UK, and Norway, under the following conditions:

EU: If your total order is €150 or less, we will collect VAT. For orders above this amount, we do not collect VAT and you will be responsible for VAT and any customs fees upon import.

UK: If your total order is £135 or less, we will collect VAT. Orders above this limit will be subject to VAT and potential customs handling fees charged by UK customs.

Norway: We collect VAT as long as each item in your order costs less than 3,000 NOK. If any single item exceeds 3,000 NOK, VAT will not be collected and you will be billed by Norwegian customs, including any handling fees.
TIP: To avoid paying VAT and customs fees upon arrival, keep your order total or item values below these thresholds.
NOTE: You will see if we collect VAT in the order summary in the cart or at checkout. If no VAT is charged at checkout, you are responsible for paying any applicable VAT when the package arrives in your country.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense. We do not refund shipping or customs fees.
